This Cookie Policy explains how HappyFur ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on happyfur.care (the "Site"), and how you can control them.
This Cookie Policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site operators.
We also use related technologies that function in a similar way:
Technology What it does
Pixels and web beacons Small transparent images that record that a page was viewed or an email was opened
Local storage Browser storage holding larger amounts of data than a cookie, such as your cart contents
Software development kits (SDKs) Code embedded by third-party services to collect usage data
In this document, "cookies" refers to all of these technologies.
First-party cookies are set by happyfur.care. Third-party cookies are set by another domain, such as an analytics or advertising provider.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

Important. Under several US state privacy laws, our use of these advertising technologies may constitute a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we receive no money. You have the right to opt out. See Section 5.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose services appear on our Site, including our ecommerce platform, payment providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, review platforms, and any embedded content such as videos or maps.
We do not control third-party cookies. They are governed by the privacy and cookie notices of the companies that set them. We encourage you to review those documents, which are linked from the table in Section 3.1 of our Privacy Policy.
5. How to Control Cookies
5.1 On Our Site
Where a preference tool is available on the Site, you may use it to accept or reject non-essential categories and to change your choice at any time.
5.2 Global Privacy Control
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If you enable GPC in a supporting browser or extension, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
5.3 Browser Settings
All major browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies:
Google Chrome - Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies
Apple Safari - Settings, then Privacy
Mozilla Firefox - Settings, then Privacy and Security
Microsoft Edge - Settings, then Cookies and site permissions
Blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, will prevent the Site from working. Your cart will not persist and you will not be able to complete a purchase.

6. Do Not Track
Web browsers may transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no accepted industry standard for how a website should respond to it, and we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal, which is legally recognized in several states. See Section 5.2.
7. Changes to This Document
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
