Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, standard delivery takes [3 to 7] business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically [4 to 9] business days.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take a few days longer.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email support@happyfur.care and we will look into it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands, and weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs can cause delays. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbours and your building office first, then email us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Order changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help if the order has not yet entered fulfillment. After that, please use our Refund Policy.
